Do you work as a subcontractor to main contractors?
Yes. Most of our commercial work is delivered as the plastering and dry lining subcontractor to main contractors and fit-out companies.
What do you need to price a tender?
Drawings (plans, sections and wall types), the specification, a programme or target dates and any preliminaries or site rules. Upload them with the commercial enquiry form or email them to our tenders address.
Can you provide RAMS and insurance certificates?
Yes. Project-specific RAMS and our current insurance certificates are provided before mobilisation, and insurance details are included with tender returns.
Do you work out of hours or in occupied buildings?
Yes. We can phase work, carry out noisy tasks out of hours and work to building management rules in occupied offices, shops and hospitality venues.
